Rolls are good in the freezer for several months, but you can delay shipping closer to the holidays by adding a desired arrival date in the note field at checkout.

Red Kite Candy Caramel Sauce
Ingredients
1/2 Caramel Baking Roll
2 tbsp water*
1. Put caramel into medium saucepan. Turn heat to low.
2. Add water, stirring constantly to avoid burning. Once last of caramel melts completely, take off heat. Keep in mind sauce will thicken as it cools.
3. Add to your favorite foods! Wait to pour sauce, as it could melt other ingredients.
*Add more or less water depending on desired thickness. You can use milk or cream, but we use water because more fat is not needed for a smooth, pourable sauce.
