Our version of the French classic, Nougat de Montélimar, starts with honey from local bees, egg whites from local chickens, and organic sugar. Once beaten to a fluff, we fold in pistachios and roasted California almonds for a final treat of light, chewy bars with accents of honey and bold nut flavors.
