Coming here is an e-x-p-e-r-i-e-n-c-e, from the twinkly lights outside to the adorable little cone holder that holds your ice cream while you pay. I feel like this isn't something you come by a lot nowadays when dining out. I also love that they're open during the winter and that they make everything in-house (both the ice cream and the cones). On our way back from visiting my brother from Canada, I begged my husband to stop at Red Kite Candy again. I couldn't believe that the owner and her son remembered us from our visit last year. Of course, we bought more candy and ate their delicious ice cream. Their homemade waffle cone is the best!
